UPDATE 9/10/21: City Clerk Allison Tarpley released a hearing decision Sept. 8 confirming that Lee Heard-Tucker is eligible to run for City Council Post 1, absolving Heard-Tucker of claims made against her residency.

Lewanna Heard Tucker reportedly purchased a home in Johns Creek within the allotted time frame to run for office in 2021; however, residents are challenging this status alleging she has been voting out of the jurisdiction during the last year and has been living elsewhere.

The challenge is stated in the images below:

Below you find residency documents filed in support of Heard Tucker's candicacy. You can download the documents on the PDF tab. The challenge filed with the JC clerk is also below and can be downloaded.

The Georgia Record was relaunched in June of 2021 and has been extremely successful fighting corruption in the state named after King George of England. The original paper was started in 1899 and published into the early 20th century. In 2020, CDM (Creative Destruction Media) acquired Johns Creek Post and brought back The Georgia Record to better represent the state rather than just Johns Creek News.

You don't say what she's running for or any other background. A little more context please.
