President Trump today announced that he will hold a press conference on Monday at 11:00am during which he will release a "Large Complex Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT on the Presidential Election Fraud which took place in Georgia..."
Three hours later Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp posted a tweet stating "The 2020 election in Georgia was not stolen." His tweet went on to claim that in "three years now, anyone with evidence of fraud has failed come forward - under oath - and prove anything in a court of law." See full tweet below:
Facts can only be proven in Court when the judge allows the evidence to actually be presented. Many cases have been inexplicably dismissed by Georgia courts for such things as "lack of standing" This includes cases such as those brought by Caroline Jeffords and Garland Favorito. Notably the Georgia Supreme Court has since overturned these wrongful dismissals stating hat indeed the parties did have standing and the cases must be reconsidered.
Many individuals have attempted to bring forward evidence for the last three years. Thousands of affidavits have been brought forward in numerous actions across the State, only to be denied, overlooked or ignored by local officials - in some cases after intervention by the Secretary of State's Office.
Reports are now surfacing which show ballot scanning/recognition abnormalities. Entire races in 2022 have been mis-counted by the systems so winners were indicated incorrectly.
Systems selected for use in managing voter registrations have producing incomplete or incorrect information to the point that the election director of Georgia's second largest county indicated he would not be comfortable holding an election given the data issues being seen.
Yesterday Mr. Kemp questioned why Trump wouldn't promise to sign a loyalty pledge to support the Republicans' nominee. Why then do Georgians see Trump as more loyal to their interests than Mr. Kemp is?
