Pollo Tropical Restaurant is expected to Open January 2015, according to the property manager.

The Caribbean themed Fast Food Restaurant is being constructed in front of Hobby Lobby & Office Depot on State Bridge Rd, near 141.

The restaurant will look different than their other locations and will be "Johns Creek-tified" to match area businesses and community design standards of stone and/or brick facades.

Included in the rezoning, are a new permanent wall behind the shopping center and road improvements to the entryway at the traffic light. Pollo Tropical estimates to serve 2000 cars a day.
