Upon receiving this press release, I wanted to verify the author and claims myself, rather than posting spoon-fed statements. Mrs. Doss was eager to talk about events 20 years ago. She discussed the 3 seat commission for Fannin County and insisted that Kelly Mull was not a County Administrator, and Fannin County never had that position prior.

This statement contradicts Mrs. Doss acknowledgment & her signature of the policy below, indicating to contact the 'County Administrator' to discuss any harassment. Note the date February 1997.

Clearly the County had a 'County Administrator' prior to Kelly Mull Stewart, who took the position of County Administrator in January 1999. Yvonne McNelley, County Commissioner at the time was in favor of this, according to the 'News Observer' interview.

Kelly Mull Stewart has provided documents signed by Lynn Doss, addressing her as the County Administrator.

There are several more documents such as the ones above. This is just a sample.

Kelly Stewart provided the following statement regarding this matter:

“I think it is unfortunate that the voters are having to put up with such silliness. It amazes me that my opponent would orchestrate an allegation like this when I have boxes of documents and a long record that prove I was the County Administrator. Yet he has still not shown proof that he has paid over $860,000 worth of tax liens and legal judgments he has accumulated over 17 years. I am going to continue focusing on the real issues in this race and giving the voters of Johns Creek the straight talk they deserve.”

The Georgia Record was relaunched in June of 2021 and has been extremely successful fighting corruption in the state named after King George of England. The original paper was started in 1899 and published into the early 20th century. In 2020, CDM (Creative Destruction Media) acquired Johns Creek Post and brought back The Georgia Record to better represent the state rather than just Johns Creek News.

As the saying goes, a picture is worth a 1000 word. Brad is clearly obsessed with obtaining more power. No doubt Kelly was County administrator and Brad will spend whatever amount to win a race.
