Nazeera Dawood Campaign Donations submitted 6/30/15 & 10/26/15:

    • 61 donors
    • 48 live outside Johns Creek
    • 11 are Johns Creek Voters

Also interesting to note: Nazeera Dawood works in the Fulton County Government Offices, where early voting is conducted for 3 weeks prior, and yet chose Not to vote in the last 4 elections, despite the convenience. Her last vote was 5/20/14 (She skipped 7/23/14, 11/4/14, 1/6/15 & 2/3/15).

The Georgia Record was relaunched in June of 2021 and has been extremely successful fighting corruption in the state named after King George of England. The original paper was started in 1899 and published into the early 20th century. In 2020, CDM (Creative Destruction Media) acquired Johns Creek Post and brought back The Georgia Record to better represent the state rather than just Johns Creek News.

Almost 50 out of 60+ donors -- politicians, lawyers, construction companies, apartment developers -- live outside of Johns Creek!!!

    Doesn't look good. Smells rotten!

    Forget her!!!

    Don't Vote for Deadbeat Dawood

Nazeera Dawood hasn't voted in the last 4 elections which means she didn't even vote last year for Lynne Riley who endorsed her on a mailer??? Oops!

At the candidate forums, Ms. Dawood told us we should call her MISS LIBERTY? Is that because she doesn't believe in voting and the freedoms we have in the U.S.???

Also, she rarely if ever goes to a City Council meeting. I suppose they're too boring for her! Guess she's just interested in adding another credential to the end of her name.

    Vote Carlos Carbonell!

Check the videos for Dawood’s Candidate Forum answers. She often doesn’t directly answer the questions, almost as if she doesn’t listen to or understand the questions. Stephanie Endres does directly answer questions!! Dawood spends a lot of Forum time discussing her upbringing and education.

Stephanie Endres spends a lot of Forum time demonstrating her extensive knowledge of Johns Creek issues!! Dawood didn’t vote in the past 4 elections. Stephanie Endres did!!

Dawood’s donor list screams of outside political special interest. Stephanie Endres’s donor list quite simply does not!! Look for yourself. I will vote for Stephanie Endres for post 5.

    I Vote Every Time

The decision as to how I should cast my votes was easy.

Post 2: Carlos does not seem engaged enough in what is going on. Several times at the High School Forum he did not appear to even been paying attention

Nazeera has a spiel she follows. But she does not say anything. Whatever the question is, she steers it back to her spiel. Collaboration is not what has been missing from this council. Opposing opinions are what have been missing. Put Nazeera on the Council and it is another vote for the Bodker Legacy of a high density urban development project in Tech Park.

Stephanie has been criticized for attending City Council Meetings, Really? She has been criticized for her speaking up on issues. Really?

Yet you have seen the issues she raised actually addressed by the City Council as they have moved forward. Why?

Stephanie is right! She gets my vote!

Post 5: Long list of candidates here. Jay Lin is running for the right reasons. What they are we do not know. And Brad Raffensberger endorsed him because he is intrigued that he was not born in the US. Wow. What solid thinking.

Todd Burkhalter is an unknown quantity. Listening to his responses on issues such as the CBD, it was clear that to me that he shares Bodker's vision. Worse, he believes Bodker's justifications for the District. Any one that parrots the issue of residential versus commercial arguments has not looked at the issue with open eyes. Just how many years have we been sustainable with AND without the city of Johns Creek?

Chris Coughlin is a numbers guy. He recognizes nonsense arguments meant to scare us towards Bodker's strategies. That's a good thing. If you watched any of our work sessions or council meetings, you have seen the absence of fiscal understanding.

    I'll vote for Coughlin.
    Twice.

Patty Hansen: You should have run for the full term. While I do not agree with some of your positions, you are correct on the most important one: The City Charter and the Failure to hold the election.

Which brings me to Post 6,

Broadbent has yet to acknowledge that it was a mistake not to hold the election. Broadbent was asked at the JCCA Forum what were some of the shortcomings of the last year....we got nothing.

Broadbent ran the first time on not raising taxes. But he did. Like a good politician, the promise is morphing into not raising the millage rate. WE KNOW BETTER.

Broadbent likes to say yes and he likes high density. He has voted yes for every high density project that has come before the Development Authority of Fulton County. Why would he stop doing so within the borders of Johns Creek.

Broadbent votes yes so often with Bodker, that it is hard to tell the difference.

Tom Radford may not be as polished as Broadbent. That is a good thing. Radford's platform is the right one: NO HIGH DENSITY. His heart is in the right place. He wants to preserve what Johns Creek is today, and not reshape it into something we do not seek.

Radford will be getting my vote.

If you want to save Johns Creek from heading in the wrong direction, you should do the same.

To me both women are too complicated, that's why I'm voting for Carlos Carbonell for Post 5. We need new faces in the Council.

    Joe

I agree with vote every time. Radford, Endres and Coughlin will be a refreshing change for the citizens of JC

Time to move on from a candidate whose support is primarily from outside of the city, does not vote, is the subject of other controversies and offers fewer responses and answers than Kevin, the goat in the lottery commercials. Just move on and vote for another candidate that can move this city forward!!

People like Paddy Sharma need to be sent to jail. She is making huge money off these deals. Sadly the teachers are treated like human trafficking. She makes lots of money and doesnt even compensate for teachers who are provided with american dreams that turns into nightmare. She should be made to pay more. There are other companies like Intalage, VIF and TPG."

Mike Glanton, D-Jonesboro, a member of the House Education Committee is on the payroll

    Just Stinks!

Shady donors, shady candidate... JC can do better.

    Chris

Interesting that despite donating early to Nazeera, Bob Gray now openly endorses Stephanie Endres. Nazeera's past associations with groups she founded supporting Sanctuary cities and expansion of ACA to people here illegally must have finally convinced him who the "real Nazeera" is: A left winger pretending to be a conservative. Not a truthful person and I agree--please watch the videos of the debates--she isn't even coached well in her canned answers about...nothing
