no - not enough parking spaces for apts - the nose knows!

Having a fast food drive through at this location just does NOT make sense.
-1st~ The stream bed in the rear of the property requires a variance to place the building CLOSER to Old Alabama!
-2~Combined with the clutter of signage required for a retail fast food store, this will not allow a sufficient aesthetic buffer fronting the road. IE: It's going to look congested and cluttered.
-3~ This development is requesting a left-turn lane going east-bound on Old Alabama. In other words, as soon as one clears the light, you might have to IMMEDIATELY BRAKE for one of the 2100+ traffic events this development generates.
-4~ Can't one get doughnuts and coffee at the gas station across the street, at Starbucks just down the street, at Kroger, At Fresh Market?
    Who needs another doughnut/coffee shop?

This is the wrong place for this kind of business.

This was deferred til Nov? PC said a traffic study needed to be
    done.

Were traffic studies done for all the other new buildings?
