Johns Creek Post is known for informing readers about City affairs and shenanigans, that other media refuse to cover. Johns Creek Chamber Diverting JCP Ad Sales Traffic to Gwinnett Daily Post recently. Why would a City affiliate do that?

A few pages on the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce member directory website were directing businesses who wanted to advertise on the Johns Creek Post, to go to the Gwinnett Daily Post.

At first blush, you'd think this was the City's website, given they have the same logo.

Interestingly, it appeared the Gwinnett Daily Post was a Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce member, but not under that business name. They were identified only as the Johns Creek Sunday Post & Johns Creek Post.

Finally, after the Johns Creek Chamber diverting JCP Ad Sales & Traffic was discovered, all the pages and links on the Chamber website disappeared.

It also appears that Gwinnett Daily Post did not renew their Chamber membership. Currently, there is no updated listing for them on the directory. Not as the Gwinnett Daily Post, Johns Creek Sunday Post, or Johns Creek Post.

In conclusion, it is important to note (as of 3/20/19) that the official "Johns Creek Post" has never been a member of the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce. If we do, ever choose to become a member in the future, we will let our readers know.
