Refreshments: Bottled water, Sweet tray, cheese/veg tray

Format:
6:30 – 7:00 Pm (30 Min) Individual tables for one on one conversations

7:00 – 8:30 Pm

PHASE I

Questions & Answers conversations:
Introductions:
At the start of the round table, each candidate will have 3.5 minutes to share information about their background, experience and why they have chosen to run.
Questions: 1 minute
Directly following introductions, Candidates will address the first question.
This format will continue until all candidates had the opportunity to address the group

PHASE II

Lighting Round Questions & Answers:30 seconds responses, 3 Rounds
This section is to solicit quick answers, Yes or No responses/ A or B responses.
The purpose of this section is to measure priorities among alternatives
“Would you support reducing the speed limit from 55MPH to 45MPH on Medlock Bridge?”

PHASE III

Questions & Answers: 1 minute responses, 3 Rounds Audience questions here.

PHASE IV

Closing Remarks:
To conclude, the closing comments will start in reverse order from the introduction. Each Candidate will have 2 minutes to leave a closing remark and impression.
