Have you ever walked into a room or a home and felt like your mood suddenly sinks to the ground? Or felt that a certain place always makes you feel stressed, angry, or uneasy for no reason at all? Well, there is a reason for these types of feelings and occurrences, and the reason is negative energy.

If this energy is strong enough or has built up over a great amount of time, you may notice a drastic difference in energy when entering the room. However, most often it is less detectable so that you just learn to ignore it or place the blame on something else. You may be surprised at how much negative energy actually resides in your home!

The good news is, there is a way to not only detect these negative energies but also to get rid of them completely. And it’s as simple as a glass of water.

    Why The Method Works

Okay, so you need a little more than a glass of water. You will also need some sage oil, vinegar, and sea salt as well. But that’s a small price to pay to get rid of some awful negative energy!

The real question is, why does this work? While the other ingredients also play a part, sage seems to be an extremely important factor.

    The Power Of Sage

Sage has been used anciently in Greek, Roman, and Egyptian medicine and was often burned to promote protection, wisdom, and healing. Today, sage is also used to help elevate your mood, such as in cases of depression.

Sage has also shown to show relief for many diseases such as diabetes, dementia, and even cancer. Along with this, research has shown that sage has a positive effect on oxidative stress and free radical damage.

    The Sage Room Cleanse

So, how do you cleanse the positive energies from your home? Let’s get to it!

    Ingredients:

    • 2 tablespoons vinegar
    • 2/3 tablespoons sea salt
    • 2-3 cups water
    • 4 drops white sage oil

    Instructions:

Pour sea salt into an empty glass or jar. Fill the glass with water, then add the vinegar and sage oil. Do not mix.

Once you have combined the components, place the glass somewhere in the room where it won’t be disturbed for 24 hours. Do not cover the glass, and do not move or touch it for the full 24 hours.

After 24 hours have passed, check the liquid. If it hasn’t changed in appearance, then the room is clear of negative energies. If it has changed in color or texture noticeably, then you know that some negative energy has been absorbed.

If this is the case, take the glass at least ten feet from your house and dump it into the earth. Do not dump it down the sink or anywhere inside your home as this will allow the negative energy to be released back into your home. Dumping it into the earth will allow Mother Nature to absorb the energy and turn it into something positive.

Once you have gotten rid of the mixture, fill the glass again, and start the process over for another 24 hours. Continue this routine in the same room until it has gone 24 hours without a noticeable difference. In some cases, this may take up to a week.

If you want to do a full house cleanse, fill enough glasses for each room in your house and check them each day, repeating the process only for those rooms with negative energy.

    Conclusion

If you are experiencing a lowered mood, stress, or any other negative feelings, it’s important to remove this energy from your life. Often times this may require a full house cleanse! The process is very simple and hardly time-consuming. This is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health care professional. Try it out, and you just might notice a huge, positive difference!

The Georgia Record was relaunched in June of 2021 and has been extremely successful fighting corruption in the state named after King George of England. The original paper was started in 1899 and published into the early 20th century. In 2020, CDM (Creative Destruction Media) acquired Johns Creek Post and brought back The Georgia Record to better represent the state rather than just Johns Creek News.
