A litigation hold has been placed in Coffee County, GA to ensure the maintenance of election records from the 2020 election in cases filed against Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

This was filed in Jan 2021, and was recovered by an election integrity analyst, showing the original concern with the voting process in Coffee County. Election officials in the jurisdiction are now being targeted by anti-election integrity forces.

The Georgia Record was relaunched in June of 2021 and has been extremely successful fighting corruption in the state named after King George of England. The original paper was started in 1899 and published into the early 20th century. In 2020, CDM (Creative Destruction Media) acquired Johns Creek Post and brought back The Georgia Record to better represent the state rather than just Johns Creek News.

Sounds like they’re placing a legal hold on disposing of or destroying these election records before the judge is able to review…
