Tomorrow at 8:30am in Room 341 of the Georgia Capitol, the Georgia State Election Board will convene it's next meeting that is expected to last into Wednesday.
In our last reports, we noted that Joseph Rossie and Kevin Moncla have pursued research and findings in the Georgia 202 elections since early 2021.
In late 2021, after reviewing reports provided by Rossi and Moncla, Governor Brian Kemps office issued a letter confirming that their report and findings were accurate.
Since that time it seems that the AGs office, the Secretary of State's office and the SEB itself may have followed a course consistent with delay, obfuscation and deflection of blame for election errors found more than two years ago.
The next tactic may be for the SEB to claim that although they are charged with investigation of violations with regard to Georgia's elections law, such investigations might not extend to investigation of the Secretary of State's office.
Kevin Moncla has issued an AMICUS LETTER recounting the events of the last two years and presenting information which would support the fact that the SEB can indeed order an investigation of the Secretary of State, just as they could order an investigation on any citizen in Georgia.
Many Georgia citizens are anticipated to convene for the State Election Board meeting to peacefully show support for those who filed the complaints and to demonstrate the public's interest and commitment to securing accurate, timely, just information surrounding Georgia's elections.

Is Defeated Mental Health Bill (HB 520) Trying To Sneak Back Into Play?
Why wasn't secretary of state not sabpoena to show up.
The SEB will probably suggest that the SOS office investigate this whenever they get a chance. The SOS has said on a number of occasions that this was the safest election ever and there's really NOTHING to see here. Good luck ya'll!!!
