Welcome to The Johns Creek Post. We encourage your comments and all viewpoints are welcome whether you agree or disagree with the post author or other commenters.

    The First Amendment rules here.

When you submit a comment on JohnsCreekPost.com, you are posting on web property and your comments are bound by our websites’ policies below. By accessing JohnsCreekPost.com (JCP), you are agreeing to be bound by these policies. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

In an era of censorship and political correction, much anxiety exists from being harassed for having different ideas. The First Amendment is about "Free Speech" not "Identified Speakers". While using one’s real identity is ideal, we live in a small city and we respect a Resident’s need to comment anonymously and without fear of ridicule or retaliation.

All comments are the responsibility and liability of the individual commenter. By submitting a comment on JohnsCreekPost.com, you agree that the comment content is your own, and to hold this site, Johns Creek Post, and all post authors and commenters harmless.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for comments containing defamation, violence, racism, profanity or other similar violations.  We also do not accept 'trolling' or agitprop pushing a divisive narrative harmful to others.  These comments are subject to removal and the user may face banning. At times, the comment area may or may not be moderated, and the Johns Creek Post makes no commitment to do so. Please contact us with questions, or to have a comment removed.

Thank you in advance for engaging in reasonable and respectful discourse.

The Georgia Record was relaunched in June of 2021 and has been extremely successful fighting corruption in the state named after King George of England. The original paper was started in 1899 and published into the early 20th century. In 2020, CDM (Creative Destruction Media) acquired Johns Creek Post and brought back The Georgia Record to better represent the state rather than just Johns Creek News.
