Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R-GA) filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration's Department of Justice (DOJ) for information about the department’s lawsuit against Georgia’s election integrity law.
Raffensperger’s lawsuit seeks to enforce a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request sent by the secretary months prior to find the motivations behind the DOJ’s initial case.
"Considering how blatantly political the Biden lawsuit against Georgia’s commonsense election law was from the beginning, it’s no surprise they would stonewall our request for basic transparency," Raffensperger said. "I will always fight for truth and integrity in Georgia’s elections..."
(considering how untransparent Brad Raffensperger has been to the people of Georgia regarding election fraud in the 2020 election, it is humorous he now talks of transparency with DOJ)

Raff needs to resign as he is a liar when he says he fights for truth and integrity in our ga elections. He would not know truth if it bit him on his azz. You better do what you can now ratt because you and kemp are outta here in our next elections as we will primary you both. If we cannot primary you 2 then I will vote for a dem while holding my nose from their stench.. But rest assured both of you are gone as everybody knows what you 2 did and why. I would also ask the next governor to investigate both of you in the death of kemps daughters boyfriend and the detective who died that was investigating that death.. We want answers and the new gov should be able to help us in this.
