In the last State Election Board Meeting the Board chose to discuss the status of a key complaint case by Jospeh Rossi in private “executive” session.
As they left the room in last month's meeting, Dr. Jan Johnston received claps for trying to keep the discussion public while the Chairman was booed and receive calls for “transtarency and accountabiklit”
Today's attendees reported measures never before used during SEB meetings that in some cases kept citizens from being to stay in seats they had arrived early to claim.
Attendees who arrived early reported the room was unlocked and simple found seats as they have in every previous meeting. Shortly they were approached by armed uniformed troopers wo stated they would need to leave the room so they could conduct a “canine” search. When they returned they found their seats were no longer available, many seats were reserved for reason unknown, and were told they needed a “ticket” to be able to enter.
No tickets have been required in previous meetings and no apparent notice was given of a change in procedure for this meeting.
Through the morning the hearing rooms doors were guarded and kept shut in an apparent attempt to revent the public seeing numerous empty chairs throughout the room – all while people outside were being turned away.

The "forces in charge" also left printed copies of Georgia statutes on tables outside the meeting room apparently as a veiled threat to those who might wish to in some way protest or speak out against the measures.
Georgia activists held a press conference at 1:00pm which caught the attention of Chairman Fervier and others. The Georgia Record will have further reports on the press conference content in the coming hours.
Yep. My mom & dad stepped in before the doors were locked. They were asked to leave so the dogs could come in & sniff around. Even though they were 4th in line, the two 85 year olds climbed 2 flights of stairs to go to the overflow room
