Today senator Colton Moore was arrested and taken away to be booked into jail for doing nothing but attending the joint session of Georgia's senate and house members.
How speaker John Burns threatened over the last few days to prevent senator Moore from attending the session.
Last year John Burns caused a vote of the house to bar Colton Moore from entering the house chamber because he spoke up regarding the actions and behavior of past house speaker David Ralston.
Ralston who Is now deceased was written up in the Atlanta Journal Constitution and found himself maligned on local television because of his repeated and frequent use of legislative leave in order to continue cases where he was and attorney.
In some cases this made it difficult or impossible for victims to receive Justice.
Senator Moore walked from the senate chamber in a procession along with other senators and approached the house chamber this morning at approximately 11 AM.
Details are still emerging but witnesses state that senator Moore was kept from entering the chamber and ultimately thrown to the floor, handcuffed and removed from the building.
Sources say he was transported to Fulton County jail on rice street, ironically the same jail where Trump was booked last year
Black curtains had been erected around areas of viewing into the house chamber in an apparent attempt to prevent witnesses from seeing what might occur.
The entire capital building is essentially public area yet this reporter was denied access and told that regardless of press credentials a capital press credential was required to enter the house chamber.
GA State Senator Colton Moore was arrested today in the GA legislative joint session.
Moore is famous for discovering human trafficking at the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport which was ignored by the establishment GOP.
Moore also commented on the corruption of former GA House Speaker David Ralston.
