UPDATE: UPDATE: We reported earlier on this filing - the court has given the applicant two weeks to correct the document to conform to court requirements. This is a 'pro se' applicant. Our understanding is an emergency writ of mandamus will have to be ruled upon.
We were aware of the 'refiling' requirement at the time of filing this story.
This Writ of Mandamus (Application) is something Justice Thomas can rule on independently for dismissal, or he can forward it to the whole of the Supreme Court.
The applicant is asking that Florida's 2022 General Election (with a 2020 option) be set aside and held anew. There is also room for the 2020 election cycle to be set aside as well, since the evidence shows the same uncertified and uncertifiable equipment was used in both election cycles.
According to the applicant, the same evidence proves that the whole of the elections throughout the country were vulnerable to the same fraud. The question would then be - does this allow Justice Thomas to forward to the whole of the Supreme Court, to set aside the results of the entire country for both the 2020 and the 2022 election cycles? Or, could he rule on an injunction pending review of the entire court?

We need to decertify WI, CO, MI, PA, & AZ!
The whole 2020 AND all elections proceeding needs to be decertified as ALL THE MACHINES used where not able to be legally recognized or certified for any election since 2020. All have Bluetooth Wi-Fi connection capabilities! Null and void.

Yes and we cannot forget Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shay Moss who lied about water main break to close the Georgia election office early. They placed the same fake ballots in machines several times amounting to over 100,000 ballots after hours until 4:00am. in the morning they were both arrested but the media didn' cover that. Ruby Freeman after arrested stated that she had to lawyer up because this whole thing is way bigger than just herself that to me proves coordinate.

In my opinion, there is no person in America who would doubt that the elections in America in 2020 and 2022 were stolen. But I seriously doubt that all the Supreme Court judges will find the courage to admit this.
Justice Thomas has the guts to do it!
He will do it and the cheaters will be revealed.
He was presented the case for challenging Barry Soetero's eligibility for the office, but it went nowhere. What he said to the other justices behind closed doors isn't known, but he saw the evidence and didn't dismiss it out of hand like the others did. If Barry wasn't eligible, he wasn't the president. That's a mess to unravel. It happened before - Chester Arthur's father wasn't a citizen at the time of Chester's birth. The law of 1797 defined Natural Born Citizen.
You are right ! Clarence Thomas is the only Supreme Court justice who has honor, conscience and courage - all qualities of a man who can be trusted to judge others.
That's what I asking God for, that He move on their consciences, which He gave them.
The libs will try and destroy, threaten and even try and kill people who disagree with them.. including members of the supreme court! How quickly people seem to forget that THEY were the ones swearing up and down throughout the House and Senate that the voting machines were connected, vulnerable and being hacked just a few short years ago!
The Supreme Court Judges go by the laws under the Constitution, so there has to be evidence that somehow the Constitution ties to the wrongdoing. Justice Thomas is being harassed by the Dems, they want him OUT. If anybody in the Supreme Court would like to push back it would be him.
