In what some are calling an insensitive post, and others are labelling downright offensive,  Kandiss Taylor retweeted a Stew Peters post showing him on what appears to be a country road with a rifle and a noose. Taylor added the comment "This is real America. People forget.".

The post appears to have been taken down but not before citizens of Appling County Georgia and surrounding areas saw it and reacted with concern given her position at a local school.

“It’s as simple as this, picture[s] say 1000 words. And this picture that is floating around does,” said Gary Moore, President, Appling County NAACP.

Taylor is also Chairman of the 1st District GOP and a member of the Executive and State Committees of the Georgia GOP. People across Georgia are also quickly calling for action from Josh McKoon, Chairman of the Georgia GOP.

In the last few days Taylor appeared on Stew Peters Show and described "extreme accountability."

In January of this year, Taylor was found to have made false statements regarding an editorial broadcast by a Southeast Georgia radio station owner. The owner came on The Georgia 2024 Show to set the record straight and reported that Taylor's story was untrue.
