In the latest bizarre move to keep Donald J. Trump from regaining the Presidency, Maine’s Secretary of State, Shenna Bellows unilaterally decided to remove Trump from the ballot in Maine.

She claimed her decision was based in part on Trump having claimed that he won the 2020 election and no one can be President a third time.

Does she know something we don’t yet know?

CNN Senior Lega Analyst weighed in saying the SoS premise would never pass the bar in normal court.

So even CNN’s senior legal analyst is saying that Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows’ ruling removing Trump from the ballot was based off of things she saw on YouTube clips and would never pass the bar in normal court
