As soon as today's Georgia State Election Board meeting convened Dr. Jan Johnston moved to add the well-known Rossi case back onto the agenda.

The Chair quickly ruled her motion out of order and Dr. Johnston appealed the ruling of the Chair.

The Chair then moved for the Board to go into Executive Session on the matter, effectively cutting the public off from viewing the discussion.

The Chair's motion passed 3-2 with Dr. Johnston and Janelle King voting against executive session.

As the Board filed out, the crowd loudly called for "transparency," "cover-up" and also cheered Dr. Johnston.

The Chairman, John Fervier was "booed".
