ATLANTA – Many Fulton County residents are asking why the County Commission would continue to consider hiring an election director with a lengthy track record of issues including failing to follow Georgia law with regard to election  operations.

Fulton County Commission is apparently, once again considering confirming Nadine Williams as Election Director for Fulton County.    In previous attempts, the Board was apparently unable to produce a vote to agree to hire her.

Residents say this is because of her poor track record and cite pages of information detailing lack of leadership, operational problems and outright failure to follow the law with regard to elections.    (See partial citizen list below.)

Concerned citizens are asking their neighbors and the public to weigh in with County Commissioners and say “NO” to Nadine Williams as Elections Director: Contact information appears below.

The Georgia Record was relaunched in June of 2021 and has been extremely successful fighting corruption in the state named after King George of England. The original paper was started in 1899 and published into the early 20th century. In 2020, CDM (Creative Destruction Media) acquired Johns Creek Post and brought back The Georgia Record to better represent the state rather than just Johns Creek News.

That's a good question, why WOULD the County Commission continue the push to hire an election director that's already shown she's unable to do the job? Who is it that wants Georgia to continue to go down the same road of election issues and violations? Thank you from a fellow Georgian to Fulton County residents that spoke out for election integrity.
