Fani Willis charged Trump and 18 other defendants with a series of felonies based on such things as text messages, tweets and room scheduling.
On Friday a Grand Jury report was released that showed the Grand Jury actually recommended charges against 39 individuals.
The Grand Jury Foreman has previously issued some bizarre comments regarding her service including:
"...I just thought it would be really cool to get sixty seconds with President Trump of me looking at him be like "do you solemnly swear" and me getting to sear him in..."
Lindsey Graham was quick to say "This is troubling for the country..."
So of 39 individuals recommended Fani Willis indicted 19.
The list of those not indicted included former Sen. Kelly Loeffler; former Sen. David Purdue, Senator Lindsey Graham, Gen. Michael Flynn, Lin wood and Cleta Mitchell. Why Fani Willis chose not to also indict these individuals isn't known at present.
Most of the statutes referenced should then be used to indict, prosecute and convict those who allowed "adjudication" of cast ballots to "determine the voters' intent" on ballots rejected by the scanners of ES&S and Dominion, which were in the hundreds of thousands in Georgia. Adjudication is tampering with ballots while the voter is not present, no records kept of who adjudicated, whose ballots were adjudicated, what was adjudicated and the total number adjudicated.
