Members of the Georgia Senate have empowered a panel with the ability to issue subpoenas in the broadening issues surrounding Fani Willis and her lover, Nathan Wade.
Willis and Wade have been embroiled in drama since reports surfaced that Willis hired Wade while carrying on an extra-marital affair with him. Information indicates her office has now paid him over $650,000 as Special Prosecutor in the indictments involving the 2020 elections.
Additional concerns are now swirling questioning if Willis had jurisdiction to bring the charges in the first place.
Georgia Activist Debbie Dooley issued a tweet on the matter as this story was being prepared for release.
