UPDATE: Fani's prosecutor and lover Nathan Wade has resigned from the Trump case.

Judge McAfee rules corrupt DA Fani Willis can stay on the Trump election case in Fulton County, but she has to fire her lover.

There is no justice in Georgia.

The decision is outrageous because the entire process to indict President Trump and the codefendents has been shown to be farcically unfair and nefarious.

The court Order may be viewed or downloaded below:

The decision comes more than two months after Fulton County District Attorney Fani T. Willis (D) was accused of having an "improper, clandestine personal relationship" with the special prosecutor she appointed to oversee the election interference case, reported Disclose.TV.

Fulton County Superior Judge Scott McAfee said either Willis or special prosecutor Nathan Wade can stay on case, not both, after hearing arguments that Willis and Wade's personal relationship compromised the case, reported JTN.

McAfee said he found the “allegations and evidence legally insufficient to support a finding of an actual conflict of interest.” However, he found there remains an “appearance of impropriety,” according to the Associated Press.

“Even if the romantic relationship began after SADA Wade’s initial contract in November 2021, the District Attorney chose to continue supervising and paying Wade while maintaining such a relationship," the judge wrote. "She further allowed the regular and loose exchange of money between them without any exact or verifiable measure of reconciliation."

The Georgia Record was relaunched in June of 2021 and has been extremely successful fighting corruption in the state named after King George of England. The original paper was started in 1899 and published into the early 20th century. In 2020, CDM (Creative Destruction Media) acquired Johns Creek Post and brought back The Georgia Record to better represent the state rather than just Johns Creek News.
