So I have a problem with this; you say it was US Army personnel, yet what little is shown on the video shows civilians. I see no soldiers. That gentleman at the door was clearly NOT military. He said he was a volunteer. Its obvious by his long unkept curly hair and his beard; not to mention his T-shirt and skinny pants. So that right there discredits your assertion that it was US Military. Also, I did not hear the Senator clearly identify himself as a State Senator.
The US Army personnel are clearly identified in the video. And yes, he did identify himself, multiple times.
