While most service members understand it is their Constitutional right to voluntarily refuse experimental vaccines, only a bold and principled fraction are willing to challenge the military machine and endeavor to unravel the political deception. An important Congressional hearing will be taking place in DC on November 2 to explore this matter and vaccine injury, hosted by Senator Ron Johnson. One of the subject matter experts will be LTC Theresa Long, an Army Flight Surgeon and military whistleblower, who wrote her affidavit in support of her at-risk soldiers and, ultimately, herself.

Tragically, for refusing experimental vaccination at military installations worldwide, our military members are undergoing abuse -- name-calling such as terrorist and 'dirty,' held in freezing formations for hours, isolation from their unit, deprivation of medical care, public shaming, public sharing of their private medical information, negative counseling that labels them insubordinate, the loss of all benefits and pay, attempted military force action on family members, family loss of healthcare, housing and schooling, push to exit the service sooner than planned, and even physical force at the point of vaccination. On October 31, a story was released of West Point cadets who were coerced, abused, and discriminated against.

There are countless examples of human rights abuses within the ranks, yet the bond among those who exercise their freedom of conscience underpins an unfolding story of American heroism. These individuals and families will not back down, and their stance typically includes a sincerely held religious belief. They plan to accept the consequences in order to live in freedom, and in order to protect their health from the alarming public record of vaccine adverse effects. In doing so, these service members will honor the sacrifices of those who came before them. Many even avow that God has given them peace to stand against what they consider government tyranny. A moving video record of their accounts has been created from a crowd-funded resource base. All Americans must see it.

Perhaps the most crushing display of disregard inalienable rights of service members is the blanket denials of religious and medical exemptions. As of Friday, October 29th, Marines have submitted around 2,700 Religious Accommodation requests. 700 have been reviewed, and all have been denied thus far. Personnel with heart conditions, blood conditions, autoimmune conditions, and even allergies to ingredients have all been denied exemptions. The center-blow rejection of their dear country have now been emblazoned upon their souls.

To most who choose to advocate for freedom, the road of utilizing advanced logical reasoning skills and a sustained principled effort require a substantial outgo of personal resources. The military claims to be 'concerned with readiness,' yet the depression of morale and the extreme strain upon families who refuse the vaccine (and even those who are now ill from the vaccine) is a readiness crisis of epic proportions. This purge will be recorded as one of the most traumatic seasons in military history, and it is at the hands of its own Commander-in-Chief. Ironically, the vaccine is purging more soldiers, as well. The rate of COVID deaths since the SecDef implementation on August 23 has doubled, according to the Department of Defense website.

One of the most significant logical reasoning and research exercises occurring at this time is in regards to the marketed 'interchangeability' of an EUA vaccine, Pfizer BioNTech, with the supposedly 'approved' Pfizer COMIRNATY product. Official FDA documents indicate that the two products are legally distinct. COMIRNATY does not have labels on file, has not been produced, is not in U.S. inventory, and is in a staged delay that has caused people to ask the question of the decade -- ‘Why did the FDA not ‘approve’ Pfizer BioNTech if the products were same formulation and interchangeable?' Normally, the original reference product is approved first.

The Marines on Oct 22 even went so far as to put out this guidance: 3.b. Ref (a) is a lawful order that all Marines receive the Pfizer-BioNTech/COMIRNATY (or any EUA/WHO-approved) COVID-19 vaccine within prescribed timeframes to meet Service requirements. 

Last week, an Army service member received this letter from from his commanding officer::

... During my pre-GOMAR (General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand) counseling to those refusing the vaccine for no reason (not religious / administrative or medical), SGT Freedom stated that he would [might] get the COMIRNATY but not the Pfizer vaccine.... Per the fact sheet "the licensed vaccine has the same formulation as the EUA-authorized vaccine and products can be used interchangeably to provide doses for primary vaccination or a booster dose without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns." The (memo dated 14 Sep) also clearly states for the purpose of the military Pfizer and COMIRNATY are interchangeable. Hopefully, this will assuage his fears and he will get the vaccine instead of opting for the GOMAR.

BLUF: Per 10 USC Sec. 1107a, DoD Instruction 6200.02 (February 27, 2008), Section 564 (21 U.S.C. 360bbb-3) and SECDEF Memo Dtd 24 Aug 2021, the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs)(Memo dtd 14 Sep 2021) and Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Memo dtd 08 SEP 2021) do not have the authority to mandate vaccination of service members with the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine that remains under Emergency Use Authorization per FDA letter from December 11, 2020 to September 22, 2021.

How many times have we heard the admonition: "Keep your pills with the original bottle?” What obviously matters legally is how that vial is labeled at the time of administration. All labeled vials of Pfizer have ‘Emergency Use Authorized' written clearly on them.

What lies beneath this legal and medical force?

Increasingly, the answer seems to be CLOAKED FRAUD.

Experts in pharmacoeconomics and medicine are finding that our leftist government is manipulating language and distributing disinformation with the goal of enforcing the vaccine mandate, completely disregard of human health. This information is emanating from the FDA to the Department of Defense, and then to our American military personnel.

This Lancet Article, updated in July 2021, reveals the dishonest stats the military is using to market the efficacy of the vaccines in 'fighting the pandemic.' They typically tout the 95% relative reduction rate. However, the absolute risk reduction of vaccines averages less that 1% for any of the vaccines. This shows that the vaccinated personnel are 99% as likely to get COVID as those who have not received a full COVID vaccine.

This succinct video by a Florida doctor and former airline captain explains the fallacy of the interchangeability term in regards to formal drug approval processes and timelines. He calls it, 'A Message to the Tyrants.' A screenshot from a document states the COMIRNATY product was recommended for approval with a possible action day of January 16, 2022.

There are also significant legal ramifications for people who advocate for damaging vaccinations described in this video dubbed as "willful misconduct." U.S. Code 42, The Public Health and Welfare 247d-6d states that there is "Targeted liability protections for pandemic and epidemic products and security countermeasures." There are many categories of people with liability protection with respect to the administration or use of a covered countermeasures, such as manufacturers, program planners, prescribers, dispensers, or agents of such. But, there's a catch called "willful misconduct" which denotes an act or omission that is taken to achieve a wrongful purpose, knowingly without legal or factual justification, and in disregard of known or obvious risk that is so great as to make it highly probably that the hard will outweigh the benefit. The evidence is surmounting that this is the case in regards to our military personnel.
