Attorney Marc Elias, the Hillary Clinton and election fraud operative who has been attempting to bar MAGA candidates across America from the ballot in November, was dealt a hammer blow today by a Georgia state judge, who declared the petitioners in the lawsuit to bar Georgia Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene from being able to run again, did not produce enough evidence for their case.
Judge Charles Beaudrot dismissed the action declaring the “challengers have produced insufficient evidence to show that Rep. Greene ‘engaged’ in that insurrection after she took the oath of office on January 3, 2021.”
Here is the judge's entire ruling.
“The burden of proof in this matter is on Challengers. Challengers have failed to prove their case by a preponderance of the evidence. The evidence in this matter is insufficient to establish that Rep. Greene, having “previously taken an oath as a member of Congress . . . to support the Constitution of the United States . . . engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or [gave] aid or comfort to the enemies thereof” under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution. Therefore, the Court holds that Respondent is qualified to be a candidate for Representative for Georgia’s 14th Congressional District."
Democrats will lose in a massive landslide in November which will sweep the MAGA movement to Congressional power, and enable America First representatives to stop the Biden onslaught to destroy the nation.
The only thing left now for the Left to do is to attempt to stop the election with some kind of crisis.
