The Georgia Record publised an article last week noting a number of concerns around John McKoon's decision to partner with a company called Numinar.

Not the least of which is the Virginia Secretary of State corporation site which shows Numinar to be "Pending Inactive" and state the company is "Not In Good Standing"

Our article on Numinar can be found HERE..

McKoon held an introductory call with GOP members on Wednesday Oct 25th and issued a recording of the call afterward. The problem? The contents of the recording had several minutes missing, apparently extracted to avoid disclosing that the First Vice Chair of the GOP, Brian K. Pritchard, had been excluded from reviewing the Numinar software and had not been directly invited to hear the introductory call.

Here is the portion of the call as released by Josh McKoon and the GA GOP, it appears to have been edited to hide a question raised during the call:

The actual call includes a question from a listener to Brian Pritchard which reveals he was not included in the review and decision making steps leading up to the selection of Numinar, nor was he invited to the launch call.

Something the GOP apparently wanted to silence.

Here is the actual call content: (Note: AUDIO ONLY)

Following Pritchard's answer, the call moderator, Kate Guest, appears to cut off the opportunity for further questions from the caller.

In another matter, McKoon was recently asked by The Georgia Record to provide Georgia Republican Party documents required to be filed by State and Federal law. At the time of publication, none of these documents had been provided to our firm by Mr. McKoon.

Given that Georgians are sensitive to attempts to hide or shield the truth, we wonder what the reaction will be to this latest move by McKoon and the GOP.

The Georgia Record was relaunched in June of 2021 and has been extremely successful fighting corruption in the state named after King George of England. The original paper was started in 1899 and published into the early 20th century. In 2020, CDM (Creative Destruction Media) acquired Johns Creek Post and brought back The Georgia Record to better represent the state rather than just Johns Creek News.
