    Brian K. Pritchard Asked Georgia's Own Board of Pardons and Paroles To Investigate His Case - Ruled Case Closed in 1999.

    The following two pages resulted from Brian K. Pritchard proactively asking the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles to review his case and document their findings. This was done years ago, long before he entered politics.

    The GA GOP has been aware of these documents all along.

    As seen below, their findings listed the case as closed in 1999. The document also confirms the restoration of civil and political rights. (Note: The red highlight was added by The Georgia Record to callattention to the Case closed Date. At the request of of readers we have included a second verion of the samedocument below without highlighting.)

    Observers wonder if the Administrative Judge who ruled Pritchard registered improperly, considered the above findings and orders before rendering her ruling.
