• Dekalb Escalates Lawsuit To Georgia Supreme Court Requesting Interim Relief

    Last week, after hearing testimony and examples from expert witnesses describing the vulnerabilities of Georgia's voting systems, Judge Scott McAfee dismissed the case from by the Dekalb GOP saying in essence, Brad Raffensperger is responsible to procure secure systems but is immune from security questions and concerns thereafter.

    The Dekalb GOP has now filed with Georgia's Supreme Court, requesting interim relief as they appeal McAfee's decision.

    With less tan a month until November 5th elections, it appears Dekalb is trying every avenue to alleviate concerns about the security of Georgia's electronic voting systems. A key issues surrounds the "encryption keys" which are said to be easily available to those with even low level technical skills. Such keys can potentially grant access to manipulate data in the machines.
