The 'Grand Ole Party' in the formerly Great State of Georgia wants to put you or your children in a mental institution if they don't like you.
Think about that for a moment.
HB 520 has been passed to the GA Senate.
This bill is nothing more than fascism - a glorious collusion between big pharma, whoever is controlling Kemp and Raffensperger (starts with a C, has a C in the middle, ends with a P), and corrupt Republican legislators.
This bill will allow any two people in Georgia to put you or your child in a mental hospital against your will if you say the wrong thing (or as the bill says - they think you are mentally ill). You don't even get to know who these two people are. Antifa? Chinese agents? Klause Schwab fan boy like Kemp? Doesn't matter.
There are many other rancid provisions of this legislation, like Georgians being forced to pay the school loans for 'mental health professionals', but the involuntary commitment to a mental health facility is the worst.

Governor Brian Kemp is mysteriously silent on HB 520.
Why?
Because he is not working for the people of Georgia. He is working for someone else.
Where are the massive demonstrations? Where is the outrage?

The citizens of Georgia must have unobstructed access to count paper ballots for elections to be transparent. Without transparent elections we have no ability to stop the CCP.
I sent emails to every legislator in the Georgia House twice and it did nothing. No one is listening to we the people.
The Uniparty is real. Patriots need to explore another option before it's too late (if it isn't already).
I'll have to read the actual bill, but I know this much first hand. Ga's mental health program is light years better than SC. I had a schizophrenic sister that for years refused to take her medication, harrassed, bullied and beat on my parents and I ultimately got appointed her guardian. Through misguided actions of her own, I got her into an assisted living facility in Ga only to have her terrorize the place until I met with her social workers and made arrangements to sue her asking for the judge to give her the choice of taking her meds or going to jail. We prevailed and things started getting better.She had run up almost $200,000 in mental facility charges in roughly the previous 20 months. None of these steps are possible in SC.
This bill may very well have some bad elements, but at some point the decent people in society have to have some tools to force help on the mentally unstable that are dangerous to those around them and themselves. Over the years, my sister had stabbed me with a fork, clubbed my father over the back of his head with an ax handle while he was spitting wood causing him to chop between his big toe and second toe, repeatedly stole jewelry and silverware, and abused both parents incessantly with her delusional rants and raging. People are tired of the psychos shooting up public spaces? It's time we force help on some of the worst perps. Until you attempt to care for a mentally impaired person against their will, I suggest you shadow a few and look at the horrific obstacles these unpaid heros already face.
Sorry, tyranny is tyranny. I suggest you look at China where they 'disappear' people all the time for wrong think. Having two anonymous people confine you against your will with no due process is evil, and you know it, no matter how much you try to spin.

But GA doesn't get what they vote for. That is the point of all of the lawsuits and reports of BS going on in GA elections. GA elections are completely corrupt
This is so crazy; it just might work! Let's get Constitutional and go back to personal freedom as it was meant to be. Drug laws in the 19th century were non-existent. Many folks self-medicate, even now, to ease their anxiety, depression, schizophrenia and nervous disorders because people do not like to feel as they do. Much of what is illegal, now, is what was used in the not-so-distant past to alleviate just such problems. Besides, take the laws out of the drug trade and it will demonetize the whole drug market. Also, get rid of welfare... when there is no welfare state to give away free money people will have to work for their food. What a concept! It even matures folks. It used to be called the "School of Hard Knocks." It's also hard to get in trouble when you are busy working to provide food and shelter. Put the hard knocks back into the system and we just may start maturing the spoiled adults in our society. Eliminate all the "patent drugs" (snake oil of the pharmaceutical companies) as well.
I believe, in most cases, that assuming an individual has a mental problem is a fallacy of composition. During the 20th century parental discipline has suffered terrible setbacks. Dr. Spock in the 1950's set proper discipline back almost irretrievably. The most endurable and sure cure for the "mental problems" the American population is experiencing, today, is proper parental discipline. First, teach your children with love and proper discipline. That doesn't mean beat children, and it doesn't mean spoil them. It means teaching them responsibility as they are growing up and setting a GOOD EXAMPLE for them to follow. Childhood is a temporary state and the preparation time for adult maturity. But if you let your child, "be a child" till they are 18 by teaching no discipline and no self-responsibility, they will NEVER mature and/or become responsible. Hence, we have a problem with maturity... which is a mental health problem as an adult. Learning responsibility after one reaches the age of 18 years is extremely difficult, if not impossible. Teach your children to be adults from the time they are young and there will not be a problem when they reach of the age of consent. The Book of Proverbs tells us to "Teach your children in the way they should go, and when they are old they will not part from it." The old ""Basic Training" in the Army helps the maturity process, as well.
My understanding is that it only takes two people to have a person evaulated on a 72 hour hold now.
