In the last month, word of Alabama's suspension of ERIC and discovery that ERIC HQ offices are empty has caused many States to begin assessing the risk of having their data in the hands of a company which won't prove how it is securing personal data from more than 31 states.

Florida and West Virginia are reportedly readying a move away from ERIC, further examples of the growing awareness of ERIC's failure to do what the company was hired for.

Freedom Principals Missouri called for Missouri Secretary of State Ashcroft to immediately terminate the State's contract with the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC), citing previous statements by Secretary' Ashcroft noting that ERIC has significant flaws and that he and other member States were demanding serious fixes to the ERIC system or they would be joining Louisiana and Alabama in discontinuing their membership.

Georgia entered a contract with ERIC in 2019 and since that time voter registration growth has outpaced population growth across the State as much as 10 to 1.

.Brad Raffensperger may be quickly approaching a point where Georgians find his continued support of ERIC untenable.
