Rep. Buddy Carter from Georgia's 1st district introduced a Resolution to "name" Okefenokee Swamp to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

The problem? It's a lot more than just a name.

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) sounds innocent enough, however even a cursory review of it background and work shows that the organization exerts a level of management over these sites. UNESCO of course portrays this management in the best interest of the site and the culture.....but why would Georgian's abdicate control of the location to the U.N. with as many concerns as are known regarding the "Globalist" agenda?

More to the point, with massive concerns around inflation, child safety, illegal immigration and now bizarre and probably illegal indictments against Trump and 18 citizens at the hands of Fani Willis, THIS is the highest priority Carter could act on?

Has he publicly supported investigation into Fani Willis?

Has he stated his support for the defendants?

Has he put forth a resolution on school choice?

Has he put forth a resolution to protect children from human trafficking?

Residents of Georgia's 1 District say they are confused an in some cases angry. It sounds like they would be well-founded in examining Carter's actions (or lack thereof) and invite other candidates to see if they can make more beneficial choices on how they spend their time.

Sources say they would tell Carter to keep Babylon to himself thank you.

The Georgia Record was relaunched in June of 2021 and has been extremely successful fighting corruption in the state named after King George of England. The original paper was started in 1899 and published into the early 20th century. In 2020, CDM (Creative Destruction Media) acquired Johns Creek Post and brought back The Georgia Record to better represent the state rather than just Johns Creek News.
