Sources have informed The Georgia Record that a non-publicized hearing will be held in Johns Creek tomorrow to confirm residency for Post-1 Candidate Lewanna Heard Tucker in her race against Dilip Tunki.
Tucker has been active in Fulton County, downtown Atlanta as a Democrat operative and allegations have been made to Johns Creek officials that she has not lived in JC for one year as required by city ordinance to run for office in the jurisdiction.
Sources have told The Georiga Record that JC officials do not want to publicize the hearing as Heard Tucker is a supporter of the Marxist group Black Lives Matter, and officials do not want a repeat of demonstrations in JC as happened prior to the 2020 election.
